About Magdalena
From Surviving to Thriving
Working with thousands of clients over the years taught me something no classroom ever could.
The body speaks.
Every day I met people living with back pain, neck tension, headaches, digestive discomfort, fatigue, anxiety or burnout.
Although their symptoms were different, I often discovered the same story beneath them:
* Stress
* Emotional overload
* Years of holding everything together
* Sometimes unresolved childhood experiences
* Sometimes simply living for too long in survival mode
It became clear to me that the body carries experiences long after the mind has tried to move on.
This inspired me to explore the connection between the nervous system, fascia, breath, emotions and healing through touch.
Living abroad also taught me something deeply personal.
No matter how successful, busy or surrounded by people we appear to be, many of us carry a quiet sense of loneliness.
We miss belonging.
We miss feeling safe.
We miss having a place where we can simply exhale.
That is why creating a safe and welcoming space has become the heart of everything I do.
Whether you join me for a massage, a Kundalini Yoga class, a retreat or my 40 Days Kundalini Journey, my intention is always the same:
* To help you feel safe in your body.
* To regulate your nervous system.
* To reconnect with yourself.
* To remember that you don’t have to carry everything alone.
Because healing doesn’t begin by becoming someone new.
It begins by remembering who you already are.
More Than a Yoga Class. More Than a Massage.
My Work Today
Today, I teach Kundalini Yoga in Dublin and offer holistic therapies that combine bodywork, breathwork, meditation, sound healing and intuitive massage.
Nothing brings me more joy than seeing people leave a class feeling calmer, lighter and more connected to themselves.
I don't believe healing is about becoming someone new. I believe it is about releasing what is not truly you, so you can return to the person you have always been underneath the stress, fear and conditioning.
My mission is simple: to help people feel safe, relaxed and at home in their bodies again.
Through Kundalini Yoga, breathwork, meditation, sound healing and therapeutic bodywork, I create spaces where people can slow down, reconnect with themselves and rediscover their natural capacity for joy, creativity and inner peace.
In a world that constantly asks us to do more, my work is an invitation to pause, breathe, heal and come home to yourself.
