Kundalini Yoga is often called the Yoga of Awareness.
It is a powerful combination of movement, breathwork, meditation, mantra and relaxation designed to support the nervous system, balance the body's energy and create lasting inner transformation.
Unlike many forms of exercise that focus mainly on physical fitness, Kundalini Yoga works on the body, mind and emotions at the same time.
Through specific breathing techniques, repetitive movements, meditation and sound, we begin to release old patterns, emotional blocks and habits that no longer serve us.
Many of us spend years living in stress, survival mode and unconscious reactions. We repeat the same thoughts, the same behaviours and often the same relationship patterns without understanding why.
Kundalini Yoga helps us create awareness around these patterns and gradually build new pathways through consistent practice.
Over time, people often notice:
A calmer and more regulated nervous system
Better sleep and reduced stress
Greater emotional resilience
Increased energy and vitality
More clarity and intuition
A deeper connection with themselves
The Power of Mantra
A unique part of Kundalini Yoga is the use of mantra.
Mantras are specific sounds and vibrations that help focus the mind and influence our emotional and energetic state.
When we chant together, we create a shared experience that goes beyond words. The repetition of sound helps quiet mental noise, regulate the nervous system and create a feeling of connection, belonging and inner peace.
Healing Through Community
One of the most beautiful aspects of Kundalini Yoga is practicing together.
There is something deeply healing about sitting, breathing, moving and meditating in a supportive group.
When we come together with a shared intention, we create a space where transformation becomes easier. We remind one another that we are not alone in our struggles and that growth happens through connection as much as through personal practice.
Small Practices. Big Changes.
Transformation does not happen overnight.
It happens one breath at a time.
One meditation at a time.
One conscious choice at a time.
Over weeks and months, these small practices begin to change how we feel, how we think and how we respond to life.
The goal is not to become someone else. The goal is to return to the most authentic version of yourself.
To feel safe in your body.
To trust your intuition.
To live with more freedom, joy and presence.
You will feel amazing after it and have the most blissful sleep. I cannot recommend her highly enough. — Therese

Reflexology Massage
Reconnect with your body through the healing power of your feet.
I believe our feet are like a map of the whole body. Every part of your body is reflected through specific reflex points, and by working with them, we invite your body to relax, restore and find its natural balance.
If you’re feeling stressed, overwhelmed or simply exhausted, reflexology can be a beautiful way to slow down and give yourself the care you deserve.

Sound Healing & Gong Bath Dublin
Sound Healing is a deeply restorative practice that uses vibration, frequency and sound to help the body and mind return to a state of balance.
During a session, you are invited to simply lie down, relax and receive.
Using the gong, Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls and guided meditation, the body is supported in moving from stress and tension into a state of deep rest and relaxation.
Many people describe the experience as feeling like a meditation without effort. The sound helps quiet the mind, calm the nervous system and create space for emotional release, clarity and inner stillness.
Benefits may include:
Deep relaxation
Reduced stress and anxiety
Better sleep
Nervous system regulation
Emotional release
Increased creativity and intuition
A sense of peace and inner balance
The Power of the Gong
The gong is one of the most powerful instruments used in sound healing.
Its vibrations create a rich field of sound that can help interrupt repetitive thought patterns and bring the mind into a meditative state.
Many people experience a profound sense of relaxation, spaciousness and renewal after a gong bath.
The gong is often described as a tool for transformation, helping us let go of mental noise, reconnect with ourselves and access deeper states of awareness.
No experience is needed. Simply come as you are and allow the sound to do the work.
