For 40 days, I would love to walk this journey with you.
I want to support you in creating a new daily habit of caring for the five essential aspects of yourself:
your emotions, your mind, your body, your energy, and your subtle body.
For me, this is the path of awakening the beautiful Kundalini Shakti that already lives within you—the creative life force that longs to be expressed through your unique gifts, your joy and the way you live your life.

We will motivate one another to rise before the world wakes up, creating a sacred morning ritual together.
I’ll help you create your own meditation space at home—a place you can return to each morning while the world is still quiet and the sun is gently rising.
In the Kundalini Yoga tradition, the hours before sunrise are known as the Amrit Vela (“the ambrosial hours”). Many practitioners value this time because it is quiet, undisturbed and especially supportive of meditation, reflection and spiritual practice.
You don’t need to know how to meditate. I’ll guide you from the very beginning.
Together we’ll explore different forms of meditation, breathwork, mantra, Kundalini Yoga and conscious self-reflection.
Little by little, you’ll discover how to create more calm within yourself. How to let go of old habits and unnecessary attachments. How to trust yourself more deeply. And how to build a daily practice that supports you long after these 40 days are over.
This journey isn’t about becoming someone different. It’s about remembering who you truly are.
